When my daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of two, I started this cleaning service to provide for my family while being there for her. How do you charge for your services?

Our pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning required, and the frequency of the service. We are not the cheapest and we are not the most expensive. We have been a long-term cleaning service for twenty years and put much care into our business and clients' homes. Being a small family business also allows us to have affordable and competitive pricing for our clients. We provide free estimates to give you an accurate quote.
Q: Are the cleaning products used by Penny's Cleaning safe for my family and pets?

We love pets! Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. No, you do not need to be home. Many clients provide us with a key or access code. We ensure your home is secure and locked up after the cleaning. We do ask to please give our cleaners the respected space to ensure an efficient and thorough job.

Yes. For your protection and ours, we are bonded and insured. We pride ourselves on the fact we never have had to report a claim in twenty years of business.
